Returns Policy

Sportswear Supermarket provides a 28 days return policy, after 28 days only faulty items only will be accepted, unless agreed prior. If Items are unsuitable we allow you to return them for a full refund or exchange as long as they are returned complete with Tags and original packaging in resale condition. For returns please contact us at sales@sportswearsupermarket.com and we will provide full return address. Strictly 28 days policy.

 

Postage and Packaging: All returns postage is paid by the customer, although not standard produce amongst a lot of retailers we are clearance specialists and our aim and objective is to pass our savings on as much as possible.

 

All Shoes must be returned in original box and both the shoes and the box must be in excellent condition and therefore returned inside a parcel bag and NOT the shoe box itself or we may not allow a refund.

 

For piece of mind we encourage all returns are sent using a signed/recorded delivery service as occasionally it is difficult to monitor all returns unless we have correct information to track its whereabouts. Failure to do this may result in non refund as we may not have any registration of your return. The signed for service guarantees yourself for the loss of the parcel whereas standard post offers no insurance although cost effective.

 

Items which are not required or unwanted: A full refund of the item will be given (postage cost will NOT be refunded).

 

Items for exchange: The cost of re delivery will be charged for if customer error.

 

Faulty Good: Faulty goods will be assessed and if passed inspection a refund will be offered in full. The Postage will also be included with this refund.

 

Incorrect Product dispatched: On the rare occasion this occurs, it will be the responsiblity of Sportswear Supermarket and at our cost to have the item returned. Please post your items back and we will refund the cost incurred from the customer for this.

This excludes items wrong size ordered in error of the customer.

 

Free Products: Occasionally we may offer free products with items on our site as way of promotion. If you return a item without the free gift the item that was included free we will be deducted from the refund.

We recomend you send parcels tracked so you can see when they arrive and are signed for.

 

All returns and Refunds are processed within the maximum of 14 days so please feel free to contact us on sales@sportswearsupemarket.com if you have not received your money in this time frame.
